Both companies ELITT SAS and PayCert SAS, subsidiaries of CB Investissements, merged into ELITT SAS on January 1st 2024.
Since this merger, the historical activities of the two entities, both specialized in secure electronic payment, transport ticketing and identity transactions, have been operated in two independent Business Units: BU Testing ELITT, the ELITT test laboratory, and BU Certification PayCert, the PayCert certification body.
Each entity retains its own brand name and its usual contacts within its BU.
PayCert Certification body remains in Paris premises.
Note that COFRAC has transferred PayCert’s accreditation under no. 5-0673 to ELITT SAS, in accordance with the ISO/17065 standard for the certification of microprocessor-based objects, terminals and e-commerce solutions in flexible scope.
